In the process of immigration proceedings for yourself, your spouse, or child, your attorney may request a psychological evaluation. In Florida, Licensed Professionals with the license to diagnose may conduct these evaluations.
I conduct these evaluations in English or Spanish and customized to the individual and family.
The following are the immigration proceedings where a psychological evaluation may be beneficial:
- Hardship Waivers (I-601 and I-601A)
- Cancellation of Removal
The process consists of a minimum of 2 hour interview where functioning and symptoms are assessed, as well as an assessment of physical, psychological, and social components. The findings are then composed into a narrative report. The report will be provided within 10-30 days. I work closely with your attorney to guarantee it meets their requirements. The final report is then delivered or mailed to your attorney.
Call (941) 800-1513 for rates and availability. If it’s a time sensitive matter, an expedited fee will apply, dependent first on availability.
